Hepple Gin is too good to cook with but how about pairing it with food? Our co-founder and chef, Valentine Warner, has created three dishes that are great partners for gin for April 2016’s Delicious Magazine including Roast Chicken with Creamy Sauerkraut and a Campari and Ruby Granita.
The recipes are part of for a feature by writer Julie Sheppard who visited the distillery in Northumberland to find out more about Hepple Gin and hear our story. She enjoyed the chance to see the juniper stands and other botanicals growing here at Hepple and to learn about our unique distilling process.
